WHO SHOULD ATTEND
ELT is built for the people who own the growth decision.

| Managing directors and chief executives | Leading the company day to day and accountable for its growth. |
| Senior executives who are key decision makers | Part of the executive management team, with real ownership of the growth plan. |
Up to two representatives from each company may attend. One must be a founder, owner or successor. The second may be a professional hire or a member of the executive management team, but should be a key decision maker. Both should be able to demonstrate ownership of the company’s growth plans.
IS YOUR COMPANY ELIGIBLE?
- A local business entity with at least 30% local shareholding.
- A company is deemed locally owned if it has at least 30% local shareholding.
- Latest financial year revenue of S$1 million or more.
- The revenue threshold has been lowered, so more growing companies now qualify.
- At least one participant who is a founder, owner or successor.
- Participants should be Singapore citizens or permanent residents.
- Commitment to the programme, and a willingness to learn from and share with the rest of the cohort.
FOR ELT ALUMNI COMPANIES
If it has been 3 years or more since your company graduated from an earlier ELT cohort, you may now be eligible to send a new Founder, Owner or Successor to join refreshed cohort.
