ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Enterprise Leadership for Transformation (ELT) is a six to seven month executive programme for the leaders of growing Singapore enterprises. It is built for founders, owners and successors who have already built a real business and are now preparing it for its next stage.
ELT is a programme about application, not attendance. Six executive modules, one a month, are each followed by coaching that turns what you have just learned into decisions about your own company. You finish by presenting a Business Growth Plan to an expert panel, and then you get help putting it into practice.
The programme is delivered in person by the UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute at Singapore Management University, in partnership with Enterprise Singapore and supported by UOB.
