Dr. Ang is the Principal Lecturer of Finance at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business at SMU. He is also a Member of the Board of Governance and Director of the UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute. Ser-Keng has been actively advising new ventures in their growth and financing endeavors.

Prior to his appointment at SMU since 2004, Ser-Keng was an investment banker. He spent nine years in London and Hong Kong, where he was involved in the origination and execution of a number of cross-border transactions in the Asia Pacific region at international banks, such as Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO, and Flemings, especially in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets. At Deutsche Bank, he was responsible for an acquisition in the US, amounting to US$5.5 billion, for a Japanese MNC. As a Senior Vice President at ABN AMRO, he was also responsible for cross-selling a broader range of products, to corporate clients.

Ser-Keng received his Ph.D. in Finance from UNSW Business School, MBA from London Business School (LBS), Master in Business Research from UWA, and Bachelor of Accountancy (BAcc) from National University of Singapore (NUS). He is qualified for both CA and ACIS.

Ms Violet Lim is the heart and soul of Lunch Actually – a dating and matchmaking company that she co-founded with her then fiancé, now-husband Jamie Lee back in 2004. Her inspiration came from observing her colleagues who did not have time to date, due to their busy lives around work.

Today, Lunch Actually is Asia’s biggest lunch dating company with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Lunch Actually’s philosophy is to help singles find love by being, meeting and choosing the right one. Leveraging on both technology and the human touch, Lunch Actually has successfully arranged more than 140,000 dates and brought together more than 4,000 successful and married couples.

Mr Jimmy Tsai is the founder of Marco Polo, a Trust Fund in Singapore.  He has over 20 years of experience investing in Big Tech.  Some of his notable experiences include Tesla, where he has invested over 6000 hours and has been a shareholder since 2016.  He has been a SpaceX investor since 2020 and is also a Diamond Hand in the Bitcoin industry.

An Australian architect who leads an international award winning architecture firm. He has worked with world renowned property developers and global brands for 15 years. Alan Kueh focuses on sustainable, social architecture and believes in the importance of community building. Now as a builder in web 3, he aims to help his communities to own their dream spaces in the next generation Metaverse through Memotics, a hyper realistic learn and experience to earn social platform. Memotics will revolutionise the web 3 space by innovating, educating and onboarding physical brands.
