Eric joined UOB on 21 September 2020.
He is responsible for the Group Commercial Banking of Wholesale Banking of the Group which include Corporate & Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate Institutions, Specialised and Commodities Finance as well as Special Asset Management.
Prior to that, he was the President and CEO of UOB (China) from June 2013 to June 2016. He was a member of the Bank’s Executive Committee of UOB Group. He has 26 years of banking experience. He began his banking career with UOB in 1989 and joined Standard Chartered Bank in 1995. During his 18 years of tenor with SCB, he held several senior positions in wholesale banking business as well as credit risk management in Singapore and China.
Eric graduated from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
Ms. Kavita Bedi Bhattacharya

Ms Kavita Bedi is Managing Director and Head of Group Business Banking, Group Wholesale Banking and Markets. She is responsible for UOB Group’s small business (SME) segment across its Southeast Asia markets.
In addition to driving growth of the markets under her coverage, she leads other strategic initiatives in UOB’s small business segment that drive digital financial connectivity for SMEs, such as the structuring of partnership ecosystems that allow small businesses to scale their businesses domestically and regionally.
Ms Bedi has more than 25 years’ banking experience. She joined UOB in 2015 and has held several strategic leadership positions in Group Business Banking including Business Banking Singapore Country Head, Group Head of Product Management & Ecosystems and Group Head of Strategy, Portfolio Management & Risk Monitoring.
Prior to joining UOB, she was with Standard Chartered Bank and held several key management roles in SME Banking, Consumer Banking and Distribution Channels, with the most recent being Head of Business Clients, Singapore & ASEAN, with primary coverage of Singapore and extended responsibilities for the region.
She is a Singaporean and holds a Master’s degree from Drew University, USA and a Bachelors Degree from St Stephens College, New Delhi, India.
Mr. Ang Moh Chuan

Mr. Ang Moh Chuan joined UOB since 2010 in China as Country Head of Corporate Banking and subsequently as Alternate CEO. He returned to Singapore in 2015 to lead Real Estate & Hospitality business for overseas markets, before taking on current role to oversee several industry teams in Singapore and looking after various Asia Pacific markets. He previously held various senior positions as General Manager at DBS in key cities in China and Taiwan. Moh Chuan graduated with Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and completed an Executive Program with Peking University.

Ms. Yeah Lee Ching was appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer of the company on 6 January 2022. She also holds the position of an Executive Director of the Company as of 12 April 2013. She is responsible for leading the planning, development and execution of our Group’s marketing initiatives. Ms. Yeah also oversees the valuation, gold trading, as well as the corporate communications of our Group.
Ms. Yeah has over 20 years of experience in the jewellery and gemstones industry, having been the General Manager of Golden Success Jewellery Pte Ltd, and then the Marketing and Communications Manager (Asia Pacific) of Signity Management Pte Ltd (now known as Swarovski-Gems). Yeah Lee Ching first joined the Group as Marketing Manager in 2004.
Ms. Yeah received a Master of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore. She also holds a Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America. She is currently the Vice President of Enterprise 50 Association, Honorary Secretary of Singapore Pawnbrokers Association and Assistant Secretary of Yeow Si Gong Huay.

Susan has grown Greenpac from a one-woman startup into Asia's market-leading Economic Forum for leadership in the circular economy. Ms. Voo Choon Ling

Ms. Voo Choon Ling joined Woodlands Transport Group in 2001 as a Finance Manager and currently helms the role of the Group Managing Director.
Choon Ling graduated from the Australian National University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accountancy and was with CPA Australia. She is currently a Chartered Accountant of ISCA.
Outside Woodlands Transport, she has served as a Council Member since 2019 in the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and currently holds a Vice-Chair appointment in the Research & Publications Committee in SCCCI.
She is also the Treasurer of the West Coast Peak Neighbourhood Committee of West Coast GRC since 2011.

Dennis is an independent member of the BOG. He became the Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) in June 2023, focusing on driving digitalisation, innovation-led productivity, business transformation and internationalisation towards enhancing the competitiveness of its member companies and the manufacturing community. With over 30 years in the IT/business consulting industries, he has held pivotal top leadership roles in HP regional business units and functions across the Asia Pacific, marked by a strong knack for stakeholder engagement and leadership.
Beyond his corporate roles, Dennis champions community causes. He is an integral member of the Singapore Red Cross Council and chairs the Humanitarian Assistance & International Response Committee. He also volunteers as the Deputy Director of Red Cross Youth, steering efforts in human capital and safety operations. In the educational realm, Dennis supports the Singapore Management University-Asian Enterprise Institute as a business coach, mentoring leaders on growth and transformation.
Educationally, he graduated with an Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore and secured an Executive Diploma (Board Directorship) from Singapore Management University. Mr. Marcus Loh

Marcus is an independent member of the BOG. He is currently the director at Temus, where he heads strategic communication, public affairs, and marketing. Prior to Temus, he was the group executive director at global communication agency Waggener Edstrom where he led client services for the firm in Singapore and helmed the firm’s technology practice. He was also formerly the director of communication for Asia-Pacific at Tableau Software (NYSE: CRM), vice president of brand, communication and marketing at a leading regional private education group, and campaign lead for the United Nations International Year of Cooperatives Singapore Program in 2012. In 2017, Marcus was listed as a Singapore Business Review ‘40 under 40 notable Chief Marketing Officers’, while LinkedIn named him as a Power Profile for marketing professionals in Singapore.
In 2019, Marcus was elected as the president of the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore, served on its accreditation board, and became a founding member of the IPRS President’s Circle in 2022. He serves as a fellow of the National Volunteers & Philanthropy Centre’s Company of Good initiative, a board member of the Singapore Management University Alumni Philanthropy Council, and advisory board member at the Singapore University of Social Sciences - to name a few organizations for whom he hopes to make a difference. Professor Bert De Reyck earned his BSc in Applied Economics, MSc in Information Systems Engineering and PhD in Operations Management from the University of Leuven, Belgium. He is the Founding Director of the UCL School of Management at University College London. Before joining UCL, Professor Bert held positions at London Business School, the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Rotterdam School of Management. He has also taught at Columbia University, Hong Kong University, and CEIBS. He has been the recipient of several teaching and applied research awards. Professor Bert enjoys the reputation of being a dedicated educator, an inspiring leader and an able administrator who is highly respected by his colleagues.
Professor Bert is an accomplished scholar whose research activities focus on decision analytics, artificial intelligence, and project management. His award-winning research is published in numerous academic and professional journals and it has seen applications in a wide variety of companies in the life sciences, aerospace, and transportation industries. Dr. ANG Ser-Keng has been actively teaching, undergraduate, executive and post graduate programs since 2003. At SMU, he teaches a broad range of finance related courses, including M&A, Investment Banking, Entrepreneurial Finance, Corporate Finance and Fixed Income. Ser-Keng has won numerous teaching excellence awards at SMU on different programs, including the EMBA, MBA, MiM and MSc in Innovation. In 2016, he was conferred the Commendation Medal by the President of the Republic of Singapore for his contribution to education. In 2018, he was recognized as a Specialist Adult Educator (Curriculum) by Singapore Skills Future SG.
In addition to teaching, Ser-Keng also holds several administrative appointments at SMU, including Member of the Board of Governors and Director of the UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute as well as the academic director of the SMU EMBA and MBA programmes. Through his directorship at the UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute, he has also been actively involved in advising small businesses since 2006. Prior to his academic appointment at SMU, Ser-Keng was an Investment Banking in London, Hong Kong and Singapore, specializing in capital raising and M&A.
Ser-Keng received his Ph.D. in Finance from UNSW Business School, MBA from London Business School (LBS), Master in Business Research from UWA, and Bachelor of Accountancy (BAcc) from National University of Singapore (NUS). He is qualified for both CA and ACIS. Ser-Keng is also a certified and experienced Executive Coach.
