The consulting teams, featuring student-consultants supervised by an industry veteran and supported by the Institute, worked closely with the SME clients over a period of 12 to 14 weeks. Using a combination of scientific research methodologies and analyses, they examined the respective clients’ businesses thoroughly (from top to toe and from inside out!), before designing workable and cost-efficient strategies to help them meet their objectives. To ensure minimal disruption to the day-to-day operations and to aid a smooth implementation from start to finish, the recommended actions were designed to be bite-sized and aligned with specific timeframes.
